Eric Kim

Passionate, honest and empathetic, Eric has a guiding principle of making each client his “Raving Fan” by putting himself in their shoes and giving every client his 150%.

Born in Seoul, South Korea, Eric immigrated to the US to pursue classical piano training, enrolling in the prestigious Juilliard School while attending Ridgewood High School. In these early years, the rich diversity he encountered living in Bergen County thoroughly impressed him, and he quickly immersed himself as an avid student of different cultures and languages.

After graduating from Rutgers University with a degree in Economics, Eric started out his career in home decor sales where he excelled in earning clients' trust. From there, he moved on to become a top private banker for a large bank. Wanting to utilize more of his creativity and challenge himself further, he got his MBA at University of Notre Dame and became a management consultant at one of the Big 4, advising Fortune 100 corporations with their business strategy and operational improvements.

After a combined 20 years in retail sales, private banking and management consulting, Eric saw how a career in real estate would be the perfect marriage between his passion for helping people and his business acumen. Additionally, he saw how his love of studying floor plans from a young age and his intuitive sense in interior design & space planning would add value to his clients’ experiences.

A Bergen County resident for 30+ years, Eric has a deep knowledge of the Gold Coast as well as the surrounding suburbs. In his free time, he enjoys building science kits with his 11-yr old son, jamming on the keys with his church band and traveling the world vlogging as a student of life. He also loves doing spreadsheets with his wife and business partner, Winnie, creating YouTube/TikTok content and writing reviews to highlight local businesses. Eric can’t wait to partner with clients in finding/selling their home!
