We are writing to express our complete satisfaction with Sophie and James Kang as our realtor agents. Throughout the entire process, this husband and wife team was professional, and motivated. We always felt as though we were their only client.

Sophie Kang impressed us from the first day they both came to our home on a Sunday evening. James had to return home to attend to the care of their young children and ask if we were comfortable to have Sophie guide us in the process of buying a new home. We had our notepad full of questions and she gracefully provided us with outstanding advice. She gave us a packet of information representing your company and how she works with her clients. In our decision to select an agent, it was very apparent that Sophie had significant experience and knowledge of the market and was quite familiar of the Bergen county area.

The first couple of weeks, James took us to see properties and invited us to the office to narrow down our selection and to help us focus on what was best for us based on our profile. He promptly returned all phone calls, listened attentively as we explained our situation and illustrated a great understanding of what would be the costs involved in purchasing either a condo or a co-op.

Upon making the final two choices, Sophie stepped in with helping us select from a group of mortgage lenders and attorneys to help us navigate in the negotiation process. Again, in all transactions, Sophie was organized, throrough and personable. Furthermore, we were consistently impressed by her willingness to research questions she could not answer right away.

At every turn, James and Sophie, were an advocate for a fair and accurate settlement to buying our home at Northbridge Park in Fort Lee. As a couple, they are both a pleasure to work with! Easy to talk to, good listeners, easy to contact and best of all, realtors who made their job to help us meet OUR GOALS rather than their own!
