The real estate industry has been experiencing some of its most challenging periods in two decades. In spite of it all, the public reads about Chen and Company in the news frequently enough so that everyone recognizes yours and Mom’s contribution to the marketplace.
Linda and I want to add our congratulations to the both of you for the recognition by the Fort Lee chamber of Commerce of your accomplishments over the years. Your resumes of deeds and achievements are representative of talent, intuitiveness, timing, and investment prowess. In addition, through our association over the years you have always shown great customer care. For this we thank you and looking to the future wih the both of you continued success.
