Yuliya Shinkorenko

Yuliya is a real estate professional with over 15 years of local market experience, offering great support to her clients during any residential real estate transactions in Northern New Jersey.

Yuliya grew up in Kazakhstan, where she graduated KAZGUU University with honors while obtaining her law degree.

Ever since receiving her real estate license in 2003, Yuliya knew that working in this field was her passion. Being a perfectionist, Yuliya is always looking for ways to perform at an ever-increasing level of professionalism. She has made the commitment to provide the highest level of services by securing a strong educational foundation; she took her education to the next level and graduated Realtor Institute, obtaining GRI designation in 2005, followed by her completion of Broker school in 2009.

All the extensive education and local market experience helped Yuliya develop a solid foundation of knowledge and skills that she happily shares with her clients in order to fulfill their Real Estate Dream. While receiving many professional awards and recognition throughout her career, Yuliya firmly believes that her biggest reward is her clients' appreciation of her guidance and skills in navigating the current ever-changing real estate market. In fact, many of her clients become her friends and neighbors.
